Why we championed open-ended play

Little Llama was built on a simple belief: children learn best through open-ended, child-led play — toys with no single "right" way to use them, from a Bilibo that becomes a boat one day and a helmet the next.

Founder Joan has carried that same belief into her next chapter. She's now the founder and principal speech therapist at Ray of Joy Therapy, helping children build the communication, sensory, and motor skills that open-ended play nurtures every day.
